Our Refund Policy
We want you to love what we make for you. But if you don’t, here’s how we handle refunds.

We strive to meet client expectations for all projects. However, refunds for individual projects will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refunds:
If OptixStudio fails to deliver the agreed-upon project deliverables within the specified timeline (excluding delays caused by the client).
If the project is canceled by OptixStudio before the work begins.
If the delivered project does not meet the agreed-upon specifications after multiple revisions, and OptixStudio cannot resolve the issue.
Not Eligible for Refunds:
If the client provides incomplete or unclear project requirements.
If delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback.
If the project has already been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.
For any changes or additional work requested beyond the original project scope.
Refund Amount (Enterprise Plans) :
Refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request
Request Process:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.
To request a refund, contact Optix.Studio@comflixmail.xyz with your project details and reason for the refund.
Monthly subscription plans - Starter Plan and Plus Plan does not qualify for any refund.
We work hard to deliver your needs with maximum personalization, most premium quality and in fastest way possible.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
OptixStudio is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions. If we approve refund, we will refund for sure and will try to do as quick as possible.
